CENTER IN THE SQUARE TO HOST 15TH ANNUAL ROANOKE VALLEY WINE FESTIVAL AT ELMWOOD PARK IN DOWNTOWN ROANOKE

Please join Center in the Square and FiddleFest for a relaxing afternoon in beautiful Elmwood Park in downtown Roanoke to celebrate the 15th Annual Roanoke Valley Wine Festival and Virginia wine! The 2007 event sponsored by LeClair Ryan will host fifteen select Virginia wineries for your sampling and purchasing pleasure and will feature a double shot of live music from the well-known Tim Martin and the versatile sounds of G. T. Swing. The event will begin at 1 p.m. and run until 6 p.m.

Fine foods will be available on-site by premier caterers from the Roanoke Valley for additional purchase. The event will see the return of the popular wine seminar tent featuring wine discussions throughout the day. The event will also feature local artisans for your shopping delights!

So bring a blanket and a chair, pack your sunscreen and a big floppy hat and join Center in the Square and FiddleFest at Elmwood Park. Feature wineries include Davis Valley Winery, AmRhein Wine Cellars, Fincastle Vineyard and Winery, Hickory Hill Vineyard and Winery, Horton Winery, Naked Mountain Vineyard, Peaks of Otter Winery, Rockbridge Vineyard, Savoy-Lee Winery, Virginia Mountain Vineyards, White Rock Vineyards & Winery, Blue Ridge Vineyards, Chateau Morrisette, and West Wind Farm Vineyard & Winery.

Admission tickets are $18 in advance and $25 the day of the event.
